Service Description

You can book ongoing Therapeutic Guidance sessions depending on your needs. Treatment is delivered using CBT, compassion-focused and ACT approaches with psychodynamic influence. You can start therapeutic guidance sessions within 6 weeks of a preliminary session ("Assessment Consultation" or "Discover and Attain"). For the best results, this style of therapy is optimally effective when booked every 1-2 weeks with homework tasks being completed. If there is a 6 week gap between bookings, your therapy episode may be closed.
