- Online (Zoom)
An introductory session to check in with your mental space in order to highlight our objectives together. I will gather information about you and conceptualise the problems that you would find helpful to address. A formulation will be made to help you develop a plan moving forward. I primarily support people with symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relational issues. Further treatment will be offered via a unique link once you are happy with your progression plan. If your expressed concerns are beyond my expertise, you will be offered a full refund (booking fees may be deducted).
If you are running late/having difficulties, please let me know via emailing email@example.com as soon as possible so that accommodations can be made if possible. You can reschedule/cancel a session up to 24 hours prior to appointment. If it is within 24 hours of the session, you will not be refunded. In a zoom call, non-attendance for 10 minutes into the session is considered a cancellation. In a phone call, 2 failed call attempts will be considered as a cancellation. Please note that you will be called on a private number. Cancellation, reschedule and refund requests can be made via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or directly through the website on the "My Bookings" page (for site members) if the request is over 24 hours prior to the appointment. Subscription plans can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. If under 14 days from purchase, refunds will not be permitted.
