Service Description

90 minutes. Single session. The Discover and Attain session is designed to be a one-time appointment or for infrequent use. The session provides space for self-discovery. You will be supported to understand your core self, your needs and the barriers you may face. A plan will be made for you to use moving forward.

Cancellation Policy

If you are running late/having difficulties, please let me know via emailing info@lafiyahealth.co.uk as soon as possible so that accommodations can be made if possible. You can reschedule/cancel a session up to 24 hours prior to appointment. If it is within 24 hours of the session, you will not be refunded. In a zoom call, non-attendance for 10 minutes into the session is considered a cancellation. In a phone call, 2 failed call attempts will be considered as a cancellation. Please note that you will be called on a private number. Cancellation, reschedule and refund requests can be made via emailing info@lafiyahealth.co.uk or directly through the website on the "My Bookings" page (for site members) if the request is over 24 hours prior to the appointment. Subscription plans can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. If under 14 days from purchase, refunds will not be permitted. If you are thinking of harming yourself or ending your life or it your emotions are becoming very overwhelming it is important that you let someone (myself included) know how you are feeling. Think about who you could tell (e.g. a friend or relative), in order to support you.
