An introductory session to check in with your mental space in order to highlight our objectives together. I will gather information about you and conceptualise the problems that you would find helpful to address. A formulation will be made to help you develop a plan moving forward. I primarily support people with symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relational issues. Further treatment will be offered via a unique link once you are happy with your progression plan.
Therapeutic guidance sessions and plans can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. If under 14 days from purchase, refunds will not be permitted.
